Job Description


Ownership for EMEA Service Operations
- Work with EMEA Services team to ensure alignment to operations updates/streamline processes/ensure communication of process changes
- Work with EMEA service team to ensure alignment on staffing plans for EMEA based outsourced partners
Generation of Services Addendum's with Subcontractors
- Responsibility for creation of Project Form Addendum (PFA)
Subcontractor Budget Tracking
- Responsibility for tracking EMEA based subcontracted services
- Track subcontracted services against global outsourced budget
Subcontractor Resource Assignment
- Work closely with Global Resource Manager to ensure alignment to sales pipeline
- Discuss and confirm resource assignments with EMEA based services leadership team
- Own communication channel with Cornerstone's finance team for EMEA based subcontractor invoices
- Approve subcontractor invoices

Required Skills and Experience

3+ years of in an operation or consulting capacity within the software industry, preferably SaaS
Willingness to travel (travel within the region and the Cornerstone's Headquarters in Santa Monica, CA)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Marketing
Fluency in English
