Job Description

Have experience in Customer Service Management in investment goods machinery segment. Basic Drafting skills and English fluency

Excellent Communication skills and able to communicate at any level.(Both Written and speaking) ; English and Hindi is a must

Ability to systematically track, analyze and troubleshoot complex problems, then propose solutions or recommendations

Ability to influence, negotiate and persuade

Support field service engineers by problem escalation

Leading a team of Service engineers

Selling of service parts, and Annual maintenance contracts.

Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department

Having knowledge in both Electronics and Mechanical and or Automation
