Job Description :
a. Responsible for addressing warranty claims of the region -- on spot assessment & disposal.
b. Up-gradation of dealer service infrastructure.
c. Dealer mechanic training.
d. Planning and conducting free service camp & demonstrations in coordination with sales head of the area concerned.
e. Responsible for custom hiring model support.
f. Ensure stock level maintenance of the spares at dealer point.
g. Responsible for achieving the targeted Service Load
h. Responsible for customer satisfaction level on service and quality issues.
i. Coordinating on VOR requirements.
j. Action Plan for service CSI
