Qualification -- Graduate
Experience - More than 3 years of relevant work experience
* Very good communication skill is a must. Ability to speak in English, Hindi and Marathi (if possible).
* Must be able to communicate politely and firmly.
* Must be able to stay calm and composed under challenging circumstances
* Good geographical sense of Mumbai and outskirts.
* Good coordination skills. Field coordination job experience in and around Mumbai a must.
* Good analytical skills
* Basic computer skills
* Female candidates preferred, however open for all.
* Attend client calls.
* Coordinate with internal teams - mainly the field technicians.
* Plan and schedule daily field jobs towards maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Resolve minor client issues on phone
* Attend calls after office hours from home. 14-16 hours availability would be needed.
