Team Manager with 13 + years of Exp. is required to manage the Network service delivery for various clients of Capgemini.
She/he will be required to manage a several teams involved in network service delivery.
These teams may be aligned as per capability skill sets, geographies or to specific accounts. Some of the key areas of experience & responsibility are listed below.
In addition to these it is also desirable to have an experience in running a Network Operations at floor level environment & some exposure to Mobile / Cloud Network.
Define delivery operational framework and run the service delivery in accordance with client contractual obligations, SLAs and budgets.
Set up performance measurement mechanism and run consistent delivery dashboard through delivery performances.
Run Continuous Improvement Plans in accordance with client and enterprise requirements.
Align to Capgemini Global Delivery framework and comply with organizational processes and initiatives.
Deliver any projects with required quality, on time
Manage stakeholder's requirements and experience in reporting to various stakeholders including end clients
Well-versed in project management methodologies, risk mitigation and forecasting
Fulfill network tower KPI scorecard targets for delivery management, delivery excellence, talent management and Customer KPIs
Provide direction, leadership, and coordination,
Understand cost drivers and performance levers within network services
Adhere to Quality and audit standards for deliverables
Experienced reviewing new business opportunities and hosting prospective customer visits
Selection and interviewing of new staff
Run due diligence and transition programs to onboard new network customers
Management of 3rd party vendor services and experience in driving supplier performance
Define quality processes, guidelines, checklist and ensure delivery with respect to the same
Expectations from the candidate
At least 10-12 years of Core Operations Management and Delivery Management with specific experience in the service delivery of complex network support offerings with commercial expertise in managing such delivery of which, minimum of 5-8 yrs of technical hands on experience.
