a. Creating a delivery model (Org Structure, span, sizing)
b. Created pricing models (FTE, Headcount, Unit Pricing)
c. Performed post RFx Due Diligence to validate solutions
d. Solutions created should be of minimum TCV of 3 Mn in the last 12 months. (TCV= >10Mn)
e Solution around either back office or front office
f Must have traveled to outside India to present his solutions/business meetings
g. Should have worked on atleast 3 winning proposal in the last 3 months and must have lessons learnt from the process
i. Responses should indicate hands-on and not that of a facilitator
