Responsible for handling a team of freshers /staffing analysts.
Own the complete accountability of delivering recruitment services on time & achieve the set target on a quarterly basis.
Take care of the team as well as individual targets.
Expected to fulfill requirements taken up and with superior client & candidate satisfaction.
Perform search on Portals, Online tech groups, attend tech seminars and form necessary relationships in the specific technology area.
Mentor Juniors in the team for improving the overall team performance.
Graduation in any discipline.
1.5 -3 years of experience in Staffing from a Consulting side.
Excellent drive and execution skills, Negotiation skills and Technology understanding.
Decent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability.
Excellent search skills and ability to form good relationships with candidates.
Ability to grasp new technologies and document the same for future use.
Energetic individual with a positive attitude, who wants to grow long term in the recruitment industry.
