Provide 24x7 on-call support for PRDS ETL operations
Analyze the root cause of the job aborts and perform the permanent fix if applicable
Handle the BA requests for detailed data analysis on tables or source files
Application monitoring as and when required for daily/weekly/monthly job processing
Interaction with technical work groups and business partners results in a positive impact on accomplishment of project goals.
Adherence to the defined OM delivery process/guidelines (SLA compliance etc.)
Achieve harmonious working relationships with peers and business partners.
Ability to drive meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings
Should have 3-4 years of Datastage parallel and server jobs, Unix shell scripting and SQL writing experience.
Understanding of business unit functions and applications.
Should have good experience in Autosys or any other scheduler.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to Work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination.
Should be flexible with the working hours as he/she needs to closely work with the US counterparts and handle 24x7 On-call support
