Work and manage identity and access management request queues on daily basis as per defined OLA/SLA to meet required MTTR, Customer Satisfaction Index.
Define and refine new and existing IAM procedures respectively.
Build IAM infrastructure for automating manual tasks.
Maintenance of IAM technology infrastructure
Managing application and user integration with IAM tools
Interfacing with all department or functional heads for role management (Design, creation, modifications etc.)
Interfacing with helpdesk and other stakeholders regularly.
Participate in incident and change management process whenever appropriate.
Build, Run and maintain Access Re-certification process/framework for all applications and systems.
Management support in building strategy, vision and roadmap for attaining effective and efficient identity and access management.
Preparation of Identity and Access Management Dashboard on regular basis.
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ BCA / M.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc/ MS
Must have at least 5 years of working experience in:
O New joiner, transfer and termination/leaver process
O managing identities, access provisioning, de-provisioning
O Role management must have design and implementation knowledge of different roles.
O Access re-certifications
O Application integrations with IDM
O Single Sign-on integrations, implementations
O Compliance management from IAM point of view for regulatory, statutory and internal audits.
Fair knowledge on prevalent identity and access management tools.
Expert Practice knowledge of Excel (pivot, macros, formula etc.) and PowerPoint.
Good Knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange and managing tools like quest.
Scripting skills and knowledge of one of the following scripting languages would be an added advantage: Powershell, VBScript, Perl
Strong knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident, Problem & Change Management. ITIL V3 Foundation certification will be given preference.
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Must have excellent organization and technical documentation skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to organize projects and tasks according to priorities, communicate effectively project plans and status including escalating for when issues occur
Must be self-motivated and enjoy a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as project and system availability requirements
