Job Role :
Responsible for managing the Bankers To the Issue ( BTI ) portfolio and maintaining the Bank's leadership position , in the segment
Responsible for enhancing revenues from the Core ( BTI ) activities and also related ancillary activities.
Responsible for the growth of the portfolio of Institutional/NBFC/corporate clients allocated, getting new clients.
Sourcing of new business will include liabilities business (Current Accounts, Cash Management Services, Term Deposits etc) and assets (Loans, working capital, non-fund based etc) from FI Clients and getting business from the entire chain associated with the relationship
Identifying cross sell & revenue increasing opportunity: Cross-sell of products like FX, POS, PG, salary accounts, ENET etc.
Acquisition of new clients and managing existing relationships : Both liability and asset business
Credit Management, Compliance & Housekeeping: Includes preparation of CAMs, SRMs, timely renewals, call memos, quarterly results, etc
Documents Pre-sanction and post-sanction etc.
Effective client management and resolution of customer queries/ complaints
Should be thorough with the Capital market related activities and regulations
Strong Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills.
Should have an excellent rapport with Merchant bankers , Leading Brokers,Law Firms , Investment Bankers, SEBI officials etc.
Knowledge of Banks various products like CMS,ENET, TF/ Fx
Good credit & analytical skills with prior experience in handling Asset customers
Should be target oriented and willing to take responsibilities.
Good Understanding of IPOs, FPOs, Bankers To Issue, Sebi Guidelines
