Roles & Responsibilities
Effective and proactive leadership to a large team of Territory Managers, Key Account Managers and Distributors.
Fiscal Discipline with achievement of revenue and booking targets on quarterly basis.
Establish timely sales efforts in line with the purchase dynamics of different market segments.
Effective management of the sales pipeline.
Excellent distributor management skills and development of the distributor sales team.
To develop market intelligence reporting system which will provide regular information on market share, product performance and competitor activity, new product opportunities & the changing needs of the ultrasound market.
Integration of individual territory plans and account profiles within the broader India sales plan.
To ensure strict compliance under the PCPNDT Act.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Science/Biomedical Engineering. MBA from a reputed institution is desired.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience of successful sales in the medical technology segment preferably Ultrasound systems and capable of handling a regional territory with responsibility for sales targets and sales team productivity and distributor management.
Track record of strong and Objective Leadership Style. Should have successful experience in developing and maintain a highly motivated team.
Good Contacts with senior management, decision makers in Hospitals and opinion leaders along with ability to network in Western Region.
Ability to effectively promote value added solutions.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of purchase procedure of Both Government and Corporate Hospitals.
Willingness to Travel extensively and work independently.
