Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Senior Recruitment Manager will be assigned to take responsibility for the Recruitment Function in all business related divisions, departments and functions. He will manage, control and administer the overseas and local recruitment and selection activities in order to attract the right candidate that meets business requirements, by effective manpower planning, effective communication and coordination with internal and external customers and recruitment sources as well.

Only applicants that match the following criteria will be considered:

- International experience of at least 15 years in overseas recruitment within a computerized office environment dealing with database management, spreadsheets, and e-recruitment platform

- Ability to handle all types of recruitment activities effectively and efficiently

- A demonstrated commitment to the customer service

- Self-motivated, goal oriented individual with a strong work ethic

- Ability to manage changing workloads and to provide direction, support, motivation and training to staff In a team environment

- Organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work for timely and accurate completion

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field; Qualification in HR Function a plus

- Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)

- Computer and Microsoft Office literate
