Job Description

Job Profile:

Will be involved in handling all recruitment & operations processes including client interfacing, understanding client requirements, working on client mandates for senior executive searches, database search, interacting/guiding junior recruiters and custodians of quality processes.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduates / Engineers / MBAs having recruitment / non-recruitment experience in IT, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, FMCG, eCommerce verticals.

- Must be keen on pursuing a career in the fast growing (over 30% per annum) recruiting industry, must have good verbal/written communication skills, must have high Computer / internet literacy, have eye for detail, must be hard worker.

- Must have the capability to lead a team. Ideally, some experience in recruitment is desirable. But, we also recruit and offer intensive training in recruitment technology to professionals who are from other functions (e.g.sales, operations) and would now like to move to the fast-paced recruitment industry.

The vacancies are based in Mumbai (Khar-West) & Bangalore.
