Job Description

Business Development from Existing Customers
o Identify potential customers from existing customers for repeat business.
o Identify requirements and offer suitable projects.
o Convert generated leads into repeat business.
Contracts negotiation & finalization.
REC (Renewable Energy Certificates) Support
o To create awareness regarding REC Mechanism and benefits under this scheme to existing as well as new customers.
o Provide all the support required by customers to avail benefits under REC Mechanism.
o To help the customers to get their projects Accredited & Registered under REC Mechanism.
o Liason with SLDC, NLDC and other State Nodal Agencies for issuance of RECs.
o Keep track of REC trading and maintain MIS. Use the REC trading trends for the benefit of the Business Development.
GBI (Generation Based Incentive) Support
o To create awareness regarding the Generation Based Incentive Scheme amongst the existing and new clients.
o Help customers to register their projects under GBI Scheme.
o To provide support to customers to avail benefits under GBI Schemes.
Technical Support
o Wind Mill performance analysis.
o Responding to customer queries regarding Wind Mill Performance.
o Keeping track of the Major & Minor breakdowns at various sites across India.
o Co-ordinate with O&M team for early restoration of WTGs under breakdown.
Key Account Management -- Handling a prestigious account 
Support CRM team to execute O&M Agreements by coordinating with various departments like, O&M, Legal, etc. Negotiate and finalize the terms of O&M Agreement.
Lead generation for the achievement of the targets.
Identify the client's requirement and making business proposal presentations to them by suggesting the most suitable business model.
Techno -- Commercial discussions and finalization of the orders.
Preparing various sales documents such Project Financials, detailed Offers and Purchase Order Drafts etc.

Co-ordinate with client and the consultants for various Statutory Compliance required for Installation of the Wind Power Project.
Co-ordinate with various departments such as Land team, Supply Chain, Projects, EB Liasoning, Resource Mobilization to achieve the commissioning of the project as per the commitments to the client.
Keep track of the project activities and collect the payments as per the contract terms.
Collection of C -- forms and TDS Certificates.
Handing over the project to CRM Department after commissioning of the project.
Develop and maintain relationship with the decision makers of the client organization and keep track of future requirements.
Maintain all the client and project details for MIS.
Keep track of various new initiatives taken by Central & State Governments for the Wind Power and use the information for the benefit of the clients.
Spread awareness about going Green.
