Job Description

We are looking for Alliance Manager for one of our client is in to WAP business. This person will do the alliances with OEM (mobile manufacturer) Companies (Micromax, Samsung, Nokia, Microsoft, Lava, XOLO, Spice, Karbonn, All mobile/tablet manufacturer)

Primary Role & Responsibilities are to:
- Analyzing competitors business, their offerings & business strategies.
- Acquiring new local OEM partners to build company's business and revenues in the region.
- Drive the entire process from lead generation to conversion.
- Monitoring the performance of key projects and making suggestions for optimizing revenue.
- Planning and implementing sales strategies, product development etc.
- Driving continuous business inventions and assuring seamless migration of new business strategies
- Monitoring Customer Service Scores and ensuring feedback is given to the Operations team
- Prepare the annual Business Development Plan; as well as prepare the annual Work Plan
