Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development : Identifying potential markets; developing potential clients in the targeted markets Europe, South East Asia, CIS, Russia, Australia
Sales : Overseeing sales activities; forecasting monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maximizing the profit in assigned region or country.
Marketing : Managing marketing operations for achieving increased growth & top-line profitability; establishing global linkages as well as initiating market development efforts.
Product Management : Identifying market opportunities, developing business cases and delivering a successful product.
Key Account Management : Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms; Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
Business Planning : Devising effective strategy with a view to achieve profitability of the organization
Minimum 5 to 15 Years of Experience in Sales & BD.
Competency Skills :
Good leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills, managing teams.
PG - MBA/ PGDM
Should be professionally qualified, having good communication skill & pleasant personality
Must have experience in Jewellery sales & marketing in international markets, with good customer base & existing relationships
Age between 28-40 years.
