Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1:Develop new business in Machine building or security inks.

2:Work with vendor, distributors, technology partners and should be able to manage changing priorities.

3:Work closely with factory operations and make sure capacity is fully utilized.

4:Engage in study of the market, customer, competition and regulatory environment in Machines and inks. Understand the clients and customer pain areas. Should have solution mindset.

5:Work closely with the R&D team, other MTL SBUs and Marketing teams, for new products and solutions in this space. Should generate leads from clients, distributors and JV partners on his own by meeting in person or cold calls and convert into business. Should also help manage order to cash cycle.

6:Maintain and develop long term relationships with clients on behalf of company.

7:Developing Business Plans, Successful implementation of Business Plans, Market Intelligence reports.

8:Ability to assess financial, marketing, branding and operational aspects of in machine building and security inks business.

9:Should have detailed knowledge of Machine Manufacturing business and related consulting to clients.

10:Prior experience in Business development in consulting in providing Machine design and building solutions is must. Understanding secure printing industry is plus.
