Job Role:

To proactively seek, develop new client ensuring reoccurring business

Establish and achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives

Acquisition of key accounts & Account Management

Identify prospective clients from various sectors

Proposal generation and accurate estimation of effort

Data Generation: Generate data bank through primary and secondary means. Identification, analysis & Study of relevant industries & sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest on a Global Scale

Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share

MIS and reports


Over 9 years of proven experience in Sales with minimum 3 years of experience in HR space

Should be well connected and networked in the HRO Industry

Should have good interpersonal & good communication skills

This individual will exhibit enthusiasm, zeal and a strong business ethics based on honesty and integrity.
