2. Coordinate with application engineering Manager to drive growth and achieve all targets.
3. Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses for OEM customer base to develop potential business.
4. Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned region.
5. Manage pricing /Preparation of quote/other sales proposal activities.
6. Key account management with OEM engagements for expanding/ consolidating the business.
Engineering Graduate with MBA having 15 years experience with understanding of customer application requirements in Automotive, Farm equipment.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Exposure to International Business and conversant with Inco terms etc
Prior experience of handling B2B business
In depth knowledge of practices at Automotive customers viz. design & development process, validation process and their expectation from supply partners
