Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manager Transactional Quality across processes
Review and prepare monthly Reports, Root Cause Analysis
Ensure functioning of the Quality Assurance as per Process/Quality SOP.
Motivate team members and control attrition.
Lead GB/BB projects
Desired Profile

Experience of Transaction Quality is must
Knowledge of the Quality function, process and Tools.
Conflict resolution skills.
People management skills.
Green belt / black belt certified is mandatory.
