Collection &Evaluation of quotations from vendors for back up, follow up of queries & offer collection and negotiation with them.
Confer with engineers, architect, client, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Review cost estimates for laborers, materials and subcontractors.
Assessment of overhead expense in detail.
Preparation of Techno Commercial Proposals.
Maintained relationship with clients, subcontractors, and different departments.
Establish and maintain tendering process and conduct negotiations.
Preparation of cash flow.
Calculation of escalation.
Preparation of resource allocation schedule based on the construction program.
Review and preparation of the contract document to finalize it as per the agreed terms & conditions.
Preparation of detailed reports of an ongoing projects, submitted projects and upcoming projects and coordinate with a HO
