Job Description

Essentials

Background :

The incumbent should be able to lead a team of high profile CLM ( Contract Lifecycle Management ) transformation programmes and provide directions and strategies to growing the firms Contract Management Practice. Be an advisor to the CLM/GC/Legal/CPO/CIO community of large enterprises in India.
Should have consulting and technical background with or without domain experience
Shall be working from NCR region for all clients in India and Globally.

Job Role:

Deliver large CLM transformation programmes/ implementation engagements, demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of CLM solutions knowledge and industry expertise to support delivery to clients
Lead designing and development of proprietary application. Provide directions and strategies for growth and further development of application.
Lead and manage alliances with partner organizations
Should manage / govern large complex projects spread across regions
Manage / Supervise P&L for the engagements handled and also deliver value to clients and to the firm.
Exceptional client service by managing client relationship
Be an advisor to the legal/ CPO/ Sales/ CIO community of large enterprises in India and offer innovative services around CLMM Landscape.
Should be able to nurture people working under in the project
Should support solution development for the project/practice and participate in other people related initiatives like hiring, KM, etc.

Experience :

SM (more than 10 years) of relevant experience, preferably from a top tier company/ Global System Integrator having relevant experience in solution development.
Should be well conversant with other ERP products/technologies, Integration, etc.
Should have significant expertise in conducting ROI analysis for IT investments and preferably have good exposure to multiple business domains.
Should have experience of developing technology solution or applications and should have led implementation of ERPs/ other enterprise applications.

Note: Person should have worked on atleast one of the "Contract Management Software" - Implementation / SI - MUST . Tools like Ariba, IBM Emptoris, Selectica, SAP Contract Management, Spring CM, Rights Logic, Apttus, Contract Logicx etc

Should be well conversant with other ERP products/technologies, Integration, etc.
