Develop and lead day to day shared services operations of the FinanceCoE team in India. Purview includes project management, systems/operations help desk, governance and continuous improvement.

Experience managing high visibility transition projects including process mapping and documentation
Audit and control experience
Responsible for CoE related transition activities and other project management
Support global data governance and control needs of the finance organization
Develop, administer and maintain quality and ownership standards/framework within the Finance CoE
Manage CoE help desk for systems and operational support including provisioning and access.
Lead and / or influence high impact complex improvement projects with global process owners.
Implement effective DR and BCP plans at team level
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
8 -10+ years of operational and management experience with 3-5 years in a professional management role.
5+ years experience in Service Delivery using the offshore delivery model preferably in large Multinational organization
English fluency verbal and written with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic. A self-starter who is comfortable being a doer as well as a leader.
Collaborative work style with the ability to build strong relationships within a matrix environment
Ability to work across time zones
