Should handle statutory audit assignments & execute external/ statutory audit engagements of various clients as per firm's methodology.
Ensure Revenue / Incremental revenue and engagement targets are met
Manage planning and budgeting during and after the pre-engagement stage. Offer / cross sell value added services to clients.
Manage client expectations within framework of engagement plans. Nurture & strengthen relationships with key clients.
Ensure optimal usage of staff, reduction in idle time and improvement in recovery rates to maximize efficiency.
Be able to manage multiple assignment deadlines and develop reporting teams to achieve industry expertise.
Minimize risk and ensure compliance with procedures.
Provide & Guide research direction on various technical matters to the staff and challenge their analysis leading to alternate solutions for Directors / Partners consideration.
Must be a subject matter expert and have a deep understanding with current trends in markets in clients business.
Should be a manager with a proactive and result oriented approach. Be a positive role model to junior team members.
Should demonstrate leadership abilities and a strong sense of achievement and encourage it in others.
Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
Should have excellent presentation & communication skills.
Should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues
