Role Overview:

Support in driving the Recruitment Marketing agenda that aligns with the company Indias Recruitment objectives

Works closely with multiple stakeholders and teams including the Global recruitment marketing, India Recruitment team and other M&C team members -- to strategize , design and execute high-impact, timely recruitment marketing campaigns to enable the company to build our image as an Employer of Choice, attract top talent and drive recruitment marketing performance targets in each of the business entities:

* Consulting

* Delivery Centers for Technology

* Delivery Centers for BPO

* Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, M&C, Legal etc)

Manages the the company brand and positioning within all Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing activities, to ensure proper alignment with the company's, brand, corporate positioning and business priorities

Key Responsibilities:

Work with key stakeholders to understand overarching business objectives and specific recruitment objectives, and translate them into integrated recruitment marketing plans

Plan, develop and execute Recruitment Marketing campaigns that

Build the companys image as an Employer of Choice and Best Place to Work

Improves the Consideration and Preference of candidates to choose the company as their Employer of Choice

Strengthens relationships with targeted candidates as they wait to on-board

Generates requisite demand for qualified resumes to meet recruitment objectives, as agreed with Recruitment leads.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to continually monitor progress of plans against business and recruitment objectives, to enable course-correction as required

Monitor the agencies, as they develop the collaterals (print collaterals, Videos, AV, microsites, signage, posters etc) and advertising to drive the recruitment programs in India and to ensure that correct positioning, brand guidelines and positioning are being adhered to; provide direction to the agencies, as required to maintain the highest standards of Brand adherence are met.

Conceptualize and manage online marketing programs leveraging Social Networking Sites and mobile medium

Leverage understanding of the IT-ITeS industry to proactively suggest campaigns and initiatives to support changing business requirements (e.g. Hard to hire skills etc).

Manage the budget and budget-reconciliation process for all funding sources for recruitment marketing programs; Manage the tracking of Success Metrics to demonstrate ROI against business objectives

Coordinate with Global Marketing teams for content development, messaging, and defining candidate value proposition and getting approvals as required

Proactively scanthe the company environment/ Geographies and looks for Best Practices in the area of Recruitment Marketing and Candidate Management that can be leveraged for the RM India initiatives; works with the RM team to continuously upgrade their skills and experience

Cross leverage other Marketing and Communication functions to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Demonstrable project management skills and experience leading stand-alone projects with minimal supervision that come in on budget, on schedule.

Strong budget management and financial reporting.

Ability to develop strategic M&C plans to generate measurement results against targets

Understanding and ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development skills.

Stakeholder management experience that includes negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA

Work Experience: Minimum of 9 years+ including demonstrable experience of managing stand-alone M&C programs that delivered specific results and met business objectives

Industry Experience: Corp-Comm/Marcomm or specific Recruitment Marketing experience within a large MNC IT company or Tier-1 Indian IT services company
