Job Description

Design and conduct market research in co-ordination with internal/ External resources to understand the current trends encompassing customer buying behavior, product specification, prices
Define detailed product requirements considering the trends and projected future market scenarios
Define elasticity of volumes based on changes in product specification/ prices
Capture competition product upgrades and assess impact on existing and planned products and formulate counter product strategy
Define add-on product features and market prices in co-ordination with sales
Define customer satisfaction goals to achieve targeted market share and work closely with System teams, project management, engineering, sales & marketing to ensure achievement of project and revenue goals
Prepare, update and maintain aligned code-list for all products
Coordinate development of plan and execution of Go To Market (GTM), Customer Duty Trails (CDT) and market launch plan
