1.Commercial Vehicle Export Marketing in the field of Sales, Product, Market Segment & Application Analysis, Market Management, Dealer management & After Sales and parts distribution for SAARC nations.
2.Establishing dealers, sub-dealers as well as authorized Service Centers at strategic locations for effective customer interaction & providing Service support
3.Look after Aftersales and customer feedback.
4.Co-ordinate with Aftersales team to develop After Sales Business Model for Exports Operations & ensure launch readiness in different markets.
5.Interact with Product Management,Team for Product Testing, Product Introduction,Change Management.
6.Develop strategy with dealers & guiding them for achieving Yearly & monthly Sales target. - Study & understand customer requirements of suitable body design & implement them.
7.Identify training needs of dealer Sales & Service personnel & execute the same.
8.Analyze warranty failures from overseas dealers / customers, co-ordinate with Quality & Engineering dept. for effective solutions & have the same implemented in the field.
9.Must have experience in Automobile Export Marketing & Sales, International Market Segment.
