Job Description

* Training need identification for the entire telesales team
* Organize/conduct regular training programs to skill the telesales team
* Class room training programs on people/skill development of Tele Sales Force
* Calibrate tele sales scripts on the basis of business need and priorities.
* Managing Call quality by constant scrutiny of calls made by the team.
* Need based interventions to enhance tele productivity.
* Liaison with Content Development team and external vendor for need based effective training programs

New initiatives on -

* Process enhancement
* Business development
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
* Post Graduate
* Insurance/Financial Sector -- Outbound Tele Sales Training specialization
* 6-8 years in sales training and development
* Proficiency in English, Hindi (or one regional languages)
Personal Attributes & Competencies
* Remains abreast and educates others on all regulatory compliance
* Uses technology to assist in training -- Webinars, Online Modules
* Ensures training days, timings, and documentation strictly as per approved guidelines
