Job Description

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with management competencies
  • Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans
  • Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support
  • Propose and manage L & D budgets
  • Be responsible for organizational development initiatives

Qualification:

  • Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and leadership training modules
  • Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications
  • Experience in implementing organization development interventions is desirable
  • Ability to communicate and convince leadership
  • Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels
  • Ability to develop, lead and manage teams
