Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Regional Client Engagement Manager.
Produce a detailed technical design document to match customer requirements.
Complete and co/implement a configuration workbook.
Co-ordinate with the Technical writer to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
Provide industry best practices & alternate 3rd party solutions as part of the technical design document.
Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer.
Participate in internal projects as required.
