- Will manage the team of In-house and outsourced staff whose primary responsibilities include :
a) Managing Business Requirement for Max Life's HR Department. Should be adept in Peoplesoft HRIS both functionally and technically.
b) Provide consultancy to business for their IT needs
c) Effective and efficient project management to produce desired results in a complex environment
d) Manage Production Support for the applications responsible
e) Knowledge Management within the team and stakeholders
- Responsible for healthy Relationship with end users and their IT SPOCs
- Responsible for building and managing vibrant processes and making sure teams are consciously adhering to Processes
- Responsible for building knowledgeable and strong team
Key Responsibilities :
Managing Business Requirements :
- Should have a robust experience Peoplesoft HRIS both functional and technical.
- Knowledge and exposure on Query writing is essential and Oracle DB is preferable
- Tracking Business's IT Requirements and regular status updates
- User Expectations Management on estimated delivery timelines
Business Consultancy :
- Partner with Business to understand their IT needs and discuss possibilities based on existing system capabilities and suggest realistic solutions
- Analyze existing business processes to understand Business's need to improve operational efficiency
Project Management/Solutions Implementation :
- Responsible for business requirement gathering, detailed analysis of the Business Requirements from functional and technical standpoint. Detailed understanding of processes from functional and technical standpoint must.
- Responsible for documenting the functional requirements / change requests and work with the business contact points for finalization and sign-offs
- Responsible for preparing comprehensive test plans and thorough testing of the system, keeping the business users involved in the UAT
- Interface between Business users and Technology Vendors to drive the Functional Requirements, provide timely resolutions on defects, raise change requests if necessary
- Work with Production Support teams to solutionize Production Defects as well as provide SME consultancy to support staff
- Send regular status updates on various activities to various stakeholders and keep them engaged
- Expert in relationship management at all levels.

- Business users should be satisfied with the tracking of the various projects
Desired qualifications and experience :
- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline from a reputed university / institute OR MCA from a reputed university / institute
- MBA degree from a reputed university / institute
Knowledge and skills required :
- Atleast 5 years of relevant experience and Should be working or should have worked with large reputed organizations
- Hands on People Soft HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of MLI system architecture will be a distinct advantage.
- Should have managed at large size projects in a technology organization
