Required Learning & Development Manager for a Leading Big 4 Professional Services Firm
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Conducting Induction & Refresher Training, English proficiency and Soft skills Training.
Building Social Skills
Train to improve on Customer Service Levels
Develop Training modules & content.
Roll out Training calendar and co-ordinate.
Monitor performance of employees post training.
Maintain Training records and publish MIS.
Liaise with Business Teams To facilitate business and technical learning.
Identify gaps in performance and plan / initiate Training to overcome these gaps.
Experience: 4- 7 years in HR,Induction,Soft skills Training
Should be comfortable with travelling.
Experience in preparing Training Modules.
Ability to plan Training Calendars.
Administer SaaS based Employee Central & Learning Module from an HRIS - Talent Management System
