To work as Senior Manager HR with this rapidly growing Chain of Diagnostic Clinics with a Pan India and International Presence. As Senior Manager HR based in Chennai, you will have oversight on all HR activities at a regional level. Your role will be responsible for Talent Acquisition , Integration and Management. You will ensure that all Statutory Compliance related to HR is managed smoothly and kept current and valid at all times. You will be responsible for Employee Engagement, Motivation and related activities. You will manage all routine activities such as Performance Measurement, Evaluation and Progress. You will manage the HR Budget for your region and ensure that the objectives for the fiscal year are met as desired. You will create a system of internal reporting as required by the Corporate Office and ensure a robust, accurate and timely flow of MIS.
You are a graduate in any discipline from a reputed college. You have successfully completed an MBA / PGDM or other similar program with a specialisation in Human Resources Management from a leading institute offering such courses. You have started your career in HR with a large reputed corporate with well acknowledged practices in the HR function. Over the last 7 to 10 years you have climbed the ladder of responsibility and have grown into more senior positions. Ideally you have worked in services related industries with perhaps some exposure to Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostics or Specialty Clinics. You have an understanding of multi unit functioning and are able to manage dispersed functioning through a regional Team and principally through the Unit Managers. You see yourself and your Team providing critical support to the units for achieving the overall objectives of growth and fiscal performance. You are a resident of Chennai or have no issues with relocating to Chennai to take up this assignment. Ability to speak, read or write Tamil will be a definite advantage.
