Job Description


Independently drive change management strategy for HR programs tied to T&O methodology: change strategy, sponsorship, stakeholder management, communication strategy, enablement, culture transformation
Continuously build change management methodology both internally and via external benchmarking and networking/professional membership(s)
Build/develop strong relationships with HR entity leadership
Establish self as change management thought leader within Human Resources
Drive to add value across the organization via expertise, innovation, collaboration, and deep understanding of business priorities and gaps as derived from formal metrics, employee feedback and business results.
Manage the planning, estimating and resource allocation of Organization Effectiveness team members for change management engagements across HR, working closely with each entity lead. Includes ownership of the Strategic Planning Process through which priority HR programs are identified for the upcoming fiscal year
Manage Organization Effectiveness Team members (and borrowed T&O resources) in the execution of change management deliverables with ultimate oversight and accountability via Org Effectiveness Lead
Act as dedicated Change Lead for HR programs/projects
Escalate change management risks to HR entity Leadership
Create POVs, recommendations and work plans to enhance the overall collaboration efforts across the organization
Design/deploy measurement tools to gauge program and communications effectiveness
Plan and manage workload to deadlines, demonstrate flexibility to adjust priorities midstream and resolve critical issues as they arise
Identify new opportunities to expand Organization Effectiveness team involvement/influence across Human Resources
Actively seek to gain insight/pulse on organizations reaction to employee engagement and change programs through management of assigned entity Pulse Groups.
Maximize team effectiveness by sharing best practices and proactively offering support within areas of expertise
Coach/supervise junior team members as well as borrowed T&O resources who are brought on to provide change management support to HR programs
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to implement new programs and monitor progress -> stay one foot ahead of change management trends, analytics, talent management strategies
Maximize team effectiveness by sharing best practices and proactively offering support within areas of expertise
Coach/supervise junior team members as well as borrowed T&O resources who are brought on to provide change management support to HR programs

Key skills : Minimum 5+ years in change management leadership role (T&O role, external)

5+ years deep change management experience: journey management, change strategy, communication strategy and planning
Balance of strategy-operator abilities
Employee engagement and enablement experience, designing and implementing programs
Team leadership (supervision, coaching)
Project management (workplanning, estimating, issue management, resource allocation)
Experience working in a global, virtual environment with a virtual team autonomy, collaboration, global working hours/timezones
Ability to manage competing priorities, effectively manage resources, and meet challenging deadlines
Ability to demonstrate agility, flexibility and a business partner mindset
Ability to design and deploy tools to measure program effectiveness
Ability to drive the creative thinking process to develop innovative change and organization programs
Experience with collaboration tools to enhance team interactions
Experience developing leadership communications and presentation materials to manage the needs of multiple stakeholder audiences
Ability to position messages and influence outcomes
Ability to develop successful working relationships with key leaders



Qualification : MBA (HR) for a Tier 1 B-School


Experience : 15 years of total experience with 5+ into Organizational Development / Organizational Effectiveness
