Training and Development post TNI exercise and discussion with Business

Sensitization on Performance Appraisal process and effective implementation of the PA cycle

Preparing JDs and KRA Setting in consultation with Business

Employee Engagement activities

HR Operations involved from entry till exit of an employee

Policy frame and updates as and how required

Active SPOC for outsourced Personnel team

Monthly Inputs for Payroll

Responding to various audit queries and incorporating changes in any recommended

Organization Development / Change Management

Manpower planning / budgeting / projection
