1. Talent Management
Structure and design talent management activities for all employees of India.
Work on potential identifications and development plans. Design succession plans for critical roles to ensure development of process for promoting right talent to the right roles
Supervise and control the performance appraisal process on a biannual basis.
Ensure quality of performance discussions and guide Managers in conducting qualitative feedback sessions
2. Employee Engagement
Ideate, design and structure initiatives to be implemented in for maximizing employee engagement. Coordinate and liaise with all business managers to identify and help them implement engagement imperatives in teams
Required to liaise with functional heads to sensitize them on the pulse of employees in their team and discuss actions on engagement
Study organizational design and structure in line with organizational business
objectives and ensure alignment of strategy and structure for realization of business vision
Ensure clarity in roles, KPIs and career path to create transparency and relevant growth opportunities for employees
Initiate, design and deliver on OD projects that are conceptualized based on organizations imperatives
should have a view of the competencies, potential and performance levels of team to be able to maintain a right sized team and create long term development plans for skill requirements
Mentor team members for larger and challenging goals/roles with a view to create an adept workforce
Responsible for ensuring an engaged workforce with a view of levels of engagement and intent to stay of team

5. HR Support
Support and proactively participate in all HR projects
Ensure process improvement wherever required
Train and develop subordinates on all Talent Management related activities
Be proactive and participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions of the HR team
Expected to design, coordinate and implement programs to develop the HR team
