- Experience of handling Unions is mandatory
- Ensuring statutory compliances,
- Implementing welfare system for plant employees
- Ensuring effective grievance handling system for plant employees
- Manpower planning,
- Sourcing & Recruitment of cell members including Apprentices
- Maintaining harmonious industrial relations
Experience in handling Worker's Union & Large workforce
Full time MBA/ MSW is MUST.
