Actively contribute to the development of global training and development strategies.
Develop, deliver and improve development interventions for Asia region based on agreed global strategy.
Measure effectiveness and impact of interventions through a range of regional KPIs, contributing to global KPIs as required.
Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the overall needs of the business are met through relevant and challenging development interventions.
Provide key data for talent and succession management discussions with senior leaders.
Provide subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and on-going operation of the global performance management system.
Work with third party suppliers to deliver high quality outcomes within set budgets.
