Job Description

Our Client is a fast growing IT Consulting & Product Engineering Firm catering to Global ISVs, Telco OEM, Retail & Shipping Clients. Based at Ernakulam, Kerala they provide IT Consulting, Enterprise Services & Product Engineering Services to Clients across the US and EMEA.

They are looking for a Senior Manager / General Manager, Enterprise Sales to drive their Global Sales initiatives.


* 10+ of experience in the IT industry selling enterprise solutions / services across US (East coast experience will be an advantage), Middle east and European region.
* Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and execution of marketing strategies.
* Drives sales planning.
* Ensures sales revenue targets are met as per the plan
* Maintains full life-cycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
* Should possess in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Clear understanding of market trends and technology.
* Lead execution of overall go-to-market strategy involving business growth accountability, customers and channel partner engagement, marketing and demand generation plans.
* Increase penetration into the mid-market and large accounts within the territory and develop effective strategies for achieving in a competitive environment.
* Understand complex customer requirements on a business level and engage with both IT and business decision makers.
* Gather, manage and direct a virtual team during the business cycle, whilst working with the channel and sales enablement functions to increase the number of active channel partners in the territory.
* Develop and provide custom presentations for Work products to customers to solve their business problems.
