Looking after the Accounts and Finance operations of the company
Preparation and Review of Monthly Standalone and Consolidated Financials of the Company
+ Preparation of annual operating plan for individual units and businesses in co-ordination with various Business Heads and getting it approved from the board of directors.
+ Performing monthly analytical review of business operations with business heads and highlighting deviations from the business plan so that corrective measures are initiated.
+ Preparation and presentation of regular Management Information system reports to the Board, with special emphasis on the performance of individual business segments and units within segments.
+ Revenue and Cost analysis
