Looking for someone from a shared services background and who has been in operations of O2C.Playing the role of Sr. Manager/ Process Owner in Change management division across the different line of business of the company, where handling multiple project including Audit coordination, Process mapping, Transitions, process improvements, automations, Process re-engineering & providing the value proposition to grow the global finance shared service center
process owner with clear responsibility, accountability and authority for the design, service quality and overall delivery objectives of the process and any IT systems that support it. Process owners will have the necessary resourcing to exercise their responsibilities, which are to:
Specify the way in which processes are organized and delivered;
Specify the resources required to deliver processes (people and IT systems);
Direct the work of staff who deliver the process regardless of their physical location; and
Deliver an appropriate level of service.
Post Graduate with 8-13 Years of relevant post Qualification experience.
- Excellent SAP exposure is a must (from user side).
- Looking for someone from a shared services background and who has been in O2C operations.
- Should have a bent of process re-engineering, change management and Systems transformation and consolidation
- Provide efficiency, involved in stakeholders management, team management, process management.
- Good Team Handling Experience
- Process improvement / six sigma operation
- Open to travel.
