Manage the Digital show by:
- Strategizing digital marketing in close collaboration with counterparts from the US team, the larger marketing team and other divisions within the organization
- Leading & mentoring the team in place to help them excel at their operational KPIs, also ensuring at the same time that their goals are in in line with the company's marketing goals
Ideal candidate for the job would:
- Be a digital marketing professional with 8 to 14 years of overall experience in the function, preferably at technology or other service industry companies that sell to enterprise customers internationally (exposure to targeting in international geographies is a must)
- Possess excellent interpersonal, persuasion & presentation skills
- Be hands-on with the core of operational aspects of digital marketing like search engine optimization, online advertising, search engine marketing, web analytics and website conversion optimization, etc.
- Have deep intelligence & ability to advise on digital marketing strategy
- Have exposure to handling internal stakeholders based in a foreign location (preferably US)
- Be entrepreneurial with strong execution abilities
The position is a part of the India leadership and reports into the Head of Global Marketing.
