You should be --
1. Self driven and energetic
2. Able to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment
3. Comfortable with data and technology
4. Have 6-7 years experience in FMCG sales. Consulting/client management experience will be a plus
4. Mobile within and outside the country
5. Academically brilliant
6. Pursue an interest like travel, music, cooking, movies etc.
7. Able to challenge status quo and not care much about hierarchy
