Job Description

The key job responsibilities include the following:

Ability to leverage HR Transformation subject matter expertise to provide hands on guidance on projects, sales pursuits etc.
Manage multiple projects in an oversight and quality role from US India (typically 3-5 projects)
Experience and ability to work in an onsite/offshore model supporting US and global clients
Deliver HR solutions to clients leveraging past domain experience.
Support pre-sales and sales activities working with US-based leaders
Provide quality assurance of deliverables across multiple projects
Support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentor-ship and coaching
Participate in practice development and knowledge transfer activities
Manage operational activities for the practice in India, primarily based in Hyderabad
Ownership of operational activities related to staffing, recruiting and training

The key skills required:

This position would require 50% of his/ her time to be spent on client service while, the remaining time would be spent towards practice building, staffing and recruiting. Client service is a key component of this role and the person will be expected to provide leadership to teams based in India.
Extensive experience working on HR projects as a leader, team management, subject matter expertise and an expert in Technology.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in designing the concepts for technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
Experience leading large, complex projects in a project manager responsibility.
Strong subject matter expert in either technical or functional concepts. Seen as a go-to person in multiple sub areas within HR.
Primary ERP background in SAP HCM module development & functional technical consulting.
Experience in 6+ full life cycle Implementation projects.
Experience in US Payroll, Time is an added advantage.
Expertise in SAP Talent ECM, Performance Management.
Successfactor, Boomi experience will be preferred.

MBA HR or an equivalent degree is required OR BE or an equivalent 4 year degree is required.
