Manpower Planning: Execute manpower planning on the basis of departmental plans/no. of recruits required quarterly/half yearly. Create and maintained an up to date Organization chart all time covering employee names, job titles, locations and their reporting structure for every division & department.
Recruitment, Selection & Agency Management:
Successfully hire critical positions for various divisions from junior to senior levels for the specified region in co-ordination with the National Head Talent Acquisition and HODs as per recruitment policies and procedures.
Source mandates through various social networking sites (linkedin, facebook, twitter etc) head hunting, job portals, walk-ins, employee referral, and recruitment agencies (where necessary) Organizing job fairs etc.
Interview personally and administer tests where appropriate. Assist in the final selection process, reference checks and issuing of appointment letters.
Create JDs for new positions and revised all existing job descriptions to construct an accurate picture of KRAs & KPIs required for each position.
Induction & Orientation: Carry out proper induction and orientation programs for new employees in the company including providing job descriptions and clarifying their roles.
Offer Generation: Manage the entire offer generation process (including negotiations) to successfully close on the right candidate.
Other Misc: Successfully attended grievances of the employees, inquiry of the employee integrity issues, counseling etc, resolve their concern in coordination with National Head Talent Acquisition and respective HODs.
Conducted exit interviews, prepared exit data report for presentation, Co-ordinate d with various departments for facilitating necessary formalities in the joining / exit process
