Job Description

- Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for account portfolio. Will need to manage large project accounts, which will require the ability to engage with customers at C level.

- To lead Delivery and Pre-sales Management for all of Client's Services Advanced Analytics marquee accounts.

- Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix, Up sell & Cross sell of services.

- Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and build future leaders.
Delivery Leadership: Enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations; drive productivity, utilization.

- Build additional competencies & skills sets in line with market requirements and future growth potential.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Analytics Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model in Retail/CPG/FMCG environment.

- Should have managed delivery team of at least 40 people or more with gross margin targets.

- Should have strong customer relationship and project management capabilities.

- Should possess excellent team management, communication and leadership skills

- It is necessary that the successful candidate has strong experience to engage with customers at senior leadership levels.

- Retail/ CPG domain experience Must.

- Should be able to drive Solution and proposals.

- Strong interpersonal skill, entrepreneur mindset.
