Job Description

- Will be responsible to build the Events vertical from the scratch.

- To build and lead a team that will identify qualified prospects and effectively present the key features and benefits of the projects and secure their participation as delegates.

- To aim at attaining pre-determined sales targets in assigned regions and industry categories.

- To develop prospective customers contact database.

- Should have worked on international projects.

- To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with new clients.

- An highly motivated individual who is able to think on his/her feet with outstanding communication & negotiation skills.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 10+ years of experience in Delegate Sales.

- Experience in building and leading teams in a matrix environment.

- Should have company research and profiling experience using the Internet and or phone.

- Should have experience of interacting with the highest level of business decision-makers globally.

- Articulate communication skills with the ability to cold call, build rapport, persuade and influence with ease

- Must be target driven, result oriented and customer centric in his/her approach

- Ability to establish effective working relationships with the internal and external customers.

- Opportunity for overseas travel.
