Human Resource function, with proficiency in Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relation, New Employee Orientation, Statutory Compliance's, Legal & Resource planning functions.

An exceptional credibility to build a rapport with employees, peers and Key Stake Holders.
Poised and confident in dealing with individuals at all levels.
Excellent communication and Presentation skills.

Desired qualifications:

Graduates / Post-Graduates preferably with MBA (HR) or MSW (HR) highly desired.

Desired Profile:

Minimum 10 -15 years of experience in HR function.
A minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience in the ITeS/BPO industry.
