1. Transport Management - Handling the transport for all employees on the campus, interacting with vendors and managing contracts
2. Security Management- Handling the security for the campus from a security infrastructure and processes. Identifying any potent threats and providing solutions for the same.
3. Overall up-keep of the campus from an infrastructure -landscaping buildings, road infra., etc.
4. Working closely with Admin in-charges of different BUs for implementing processes and decisions with regards to transportation, security and infrastructure
5. Managing safety- Movement of people and material across the campus
6. External liasion- police, neighborhood.
7. Managing any crisis situation on the campus
8. Introduction of best practices for better administration
9. Managing and improving internal campus communication- telecom etc.
