Responsible for PAN India Branch HR activities, policies & procedure.
Responsible for strong employee relation, employee engagement, employee grievances handling, investigations & terminations as per the laws.
Developing and engaging Branch HR
Overall experience of 12 - 15 years towards HR gamut with major experience towards Employee Relation, Employee engagement, Employee Grievances.
Should have been part of the ICC (Internal Complaint Committee), investigations & terminations.
